A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building
Through a GSA Design Excellence selection process, Westlake Reed Leskosky was awarded the current architectural and engineering project to modify space and rehabilitate the A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building in Cleveland. The scope includes a building wide assessment, upgrade of mechanical systems, two full floors of renovated tenant space, improvements related to the core and shell and GSA's First Impressions program. The 32-story building of approximately 1.5 million square feet houses 5,500 Federal employees from DFAS, IRS, VA, HUD, EEOC and SBA agencies. It was originally designed by the firm in 1966 as one of the great new buildings of the urban renewal era.
