Westlake Reed Leskosky developed a comprehensive 5-year Capital Plan for the Kennedy Center in Washington DC, the nation's most active performing arts center. The project included a survey and evaluation of the 1.5 million square foot building and its systems as well as recommendations for future capital projects in consideration of current codes and standards, lifetime of existing equipment, and operational issues or deficiencies. The Capital Plan will serve as the basis for Congressional authorization of funds for the Center.
