The merging of National Truck Stops and Truck Stops of America into TravelCenters of America, Inc. required the acquisition, disposition, raze/re-build, new construction and re-imaging of approximately one hundred fifty travel centers across the United States. A new $8 million Prototype was developed for application to approximately twelve sites. Existing facilities were re-imaged both interior and exterior.
