Cuyahoga County Soldiers and Sailors Monument Commission, Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument Restoration

Westlake Reed Leskosky recently completed the preservation and rehabilitation of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument on Cleveland's Public Square.
