MUSEUM AND INTERPRETIVE CENTER
Dennis Barrie, co-creator of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and the International Spy Museum, has joined Westlake Reed Leskosky's unique practice model in the design and execution of innovative museums, interpretive centers and visitor centers. The firm brings together talented individuals in a vertical integration of special skills required today for these 'new experience' projects: designers, programmers and planners, exhibit designers, audiovisual and lighting technicians, as well as security and other consultants. Together, our team's highly relevant experience, contacts, and resources enable us to generate options and creative solutions to develop appropriate, well-constructed learning environments that are a delight to experience. Every Westlake Reed Leskosky design project begins with extensive research, looking to create a design that has intrinsic meaning. Excellent examples of the success of our out-of-the-box and inside-the-head design process are found in such projects as Bethel Woods (site of the Woodstock Festival), the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage, and more than twenty others for premiere clients.
