Westlake Reed Leskosky has designed a new 11,700 square foot medical office building in Norton, Ohio. Supporting the needs of two physician practices, the program is organized into two sides: endoscopy (2 procedure rooms and 9 patient bays) and more general medical office space (7 exam rooms and 2 special procedure rooms) with support offices for staff in the center. Each of the spaces has its own waiting room and each side is designed to accommodate future expansion.
