In 1997 the firm undertook a strategic initiative to complement our architectural services with engineering, bringing added value to our clients. Their integration with our architects has facilitated the design process and our clients benefit from our extensive in-house engineering services with strong design, higher quality communication, coordination and increased efficiency, schedule and budget control. Our engineers' research into comparative systems, budgeting, value analysis and life cycle costing has resulted in efficient and time-saving designs. Their close coordination of policies, systems and construction documents has allowed us to consistently perform with good performance related to change orders and resolution of field issues.
